the japanned tin with owner's name J.N.G. Grace, maker's plaque for Gieves, regulation bullion trimmed hat with silk lining, bullion epaulettes, lidded compartment containing gloves and black and white photograph. Grice was Midshipman 1st Jan 1931, retired Lieutenant Commander in 1945.
