A LATE 19TH CENTURY WOOTZ DAMASCUS BLADED TULWAR

82.5cm fullered blade struck with triple dots to either side, later iron hilt profusely decorated with scrolling foliage in gold damascene, shaped langets, domed quillons, scroll guard with Yali terminal, dished disc pommel with pierced and shaped shallow domed terminal, contained in its black leather wrapped wooden scabbard. Blade possibly late 18th Century.
