82cm curved fullered blade, regulation steel stirrup hilt, ribbed wooden grip, contained in its steel scabbard, incised 14-LD over K34. Generally pitted and grey stained. The 14th Light Dragoons fought in the Peninsular War and the War of 1812 at the Battle of New Orleans on the 8th of January 1815.
